MARSHALL WALK, BRISTOL, UK

SITE PLAN

Marshall Walk is located in Bristol, developed for Bristol City Council. The units are arranged in a staggered, modular stepped terrace utilizing a sawtooth footprint to optimize site density and solar performance.
The project follows UK standards and incorporates sustainable features such as roof-mounted panels and a sedum-roofed bike store with Sheffield stands. The layout supports pedestrian movement along with organized external spaces.
The building presents a contrasting material palette, with brick slips at ground floor level and metal cladding to the first floor, creating a distinct visual character. The roof integrates panel systems, enhancing environmental performance.
The development consists of a single unit type (48.29 sq.m), with 6 units at ground level and 6 units above, each designed for 2-person occupancy.
All units include essential amenities such as kitchen and bathroom facilities.
