Residential Building, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) developed for Malpani, is a high-rise development in Dubai characterized by a contemporary tiered design. The building features a multi-level podium base that transitions into a residential tower with extensive balcony systems and a landscaped roof level. The project emphasizes resident wellness, offering a dedicated floor for amenities including a gym, changing rooms, and a club lounge, alongside outdoor family spaces such as a kids play area and a swimming pool.
The building configuration consists of a basement, ground floor, and five podium levels that follow a consistent architectural layout. Above the podiums, the residential tower includes twelve floors and a roof level. Within the tower, Floors 02–03, 05–07, and 09–12 share identical floor patterns, while Floors 01, 04, and 08 introduce specialized layouts or setbacks to accommodate specific design requirements.
